Four Star Leaders exists to build better leaders through science. We are dedicated to developing and training leaders who inspire those around them, empower their teams, and deliver meaningful impact in every area of their lives. Through a science-backed approach and a commitment to excellence, we equip leaders to thrive and transform the organizations and communities they serve.

Our work is grounded in the scientifically-derived Four Stars of Leadership framework: Character, Competence, Caring, and Communication. Built on insights from interviews with 51 retired U.S. Military Four-Star Generals and Admirals and validated by research with physician leaders at Stanford University, this framework equips leaders with the tools they need to succeed in any environment.
